Jennifer Rene Psaki
Psaki The oldest of three children, was born in Stamford in Connecticut to Eileen (nee Dolan), Medvey[8 and Dimitrios (Greek) R. Psaki. Dimitrios, a retired real-estate developer was the father of Eileen who had immigrated from Greece in 1904. His grandmother was of Irish descent. In 1976, her parents were married. Psaki has Polish heritage. She graduated from Greenwich High School, 1996. She graduated from College of William & Mary in 2000 with an education in both English and sociology. She is a member of Chi Omega. Psaki is a William & Mary backstroke swimmer, was a member of the William & Mary Tribe Athletic team for two seasons. Psaki began her career in 2001 when she was a re-election candidate for the U.S. Senate of Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin and Tom Vilsack. Psaki then became John Kerry's press secretary. Psaki was also the director of communications of Joseph Crowley, a U.S. representative, as well as the regional press secretary of Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC announced Psaki's role as a political analysts during the 2022 United States elections, and during the 2024 presidential election. In 2023, she'll also host a show that MSNBC will stream on its Peacock streaming platform. [3535 Psaki was the first person to appear on TV after leaving her position as White House Press Secretary for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. She spoke about the Robb Elementary School massacre.
